Services are provided exclusively in locations, settings, and clinical circumstances authorized by applicable state law and regulation.
The facility continuously maintains all operational equipment necessary for the safe, sterile, and effective delivery of dental services, including:
Dental treatment chair
Dental treatment light
Portable radiographic unit (deployed when radiographs are performed)
Lead apron with an integrated thyroid collar (deployed when radiographs are performed)
Portable delivery system
Evacuation unit specifically engineered and suitable for dental surgical procedures
Appropriate dental instruments, including explorers, mouth mirrors, and all specialized instrumentation necessary for optimal patient care
Comprehensive infection control supplies, including medical-grade gloves, masks, barriers, and hospital-level disinfectants
When clinical radiographs are obtained, all radiographic equipment is operated in strict accordance with applicable state (Texas Department of State Health Services) and federal radiation safety requirements. Diagnostic-grade patient protective equipment is utilized at all times when indicated.
