A Legacy of Discipline

Dr. Arrington's commitment to service and high-capacity execution began at age 17. Joining the military immediately following his junior year of high school, he completed Army Basic Training as a U.S. Army Infantryman training at Fort Benning, GA. After obtaining his Blue Cord and service medals, he returned home to finish his senior year of high school. He continued his military career at Fort Knox, Kentucky pursuing Advanced Individual Training (A.I.T.) as a Bradley Tank and small wheel vehicle Hum V specialist. Returning home, he dedicated the remainder of his military career to the Army National Guard. It was during this period of service that Dr. Arrington demonstrated his extraordinary academic endurance, simultaneously attending Delta State University by day and both Mississippi Valley State University and Mississippi Delta Community College by night. Even more extraordinary, Dr. Arrington completed a 31-credit hour semester with a 3.90 GPA--a feat of "academic armor." Built on military discipline, academic excellence, and multi-institutional study, the 'Arrington Standard' represents the rigorous efficiency he applies to every dental procedure. 

Clinical Expertise & Background

With over 13 years of clinical experience, Dr. Arrington’s background is rooted in high-stakes environments, including an Oral Surgery externship at Indiana State University.

• Dual-Track Expertise:
  Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), University of Mississippi Medical Center.
  Master of Business Administration (MBA), Delta State University.

• Emergency Medicine Foundation:
  Formally trained Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Mississippi Delta Community College. This training informs real-time patient monitoring, airway awareness, and emergency preparedness during surgical and sedation procedures.

• Academic Foundation:
  Accepted into medical, dental, and law school—ultimately focusing on dentistry to master the intersection of surgery and physiological oral health.

• Logistical Command:
  Putting an MBA to work on a powerhouse foundation: six years of CDL professional experience specializing in high-stakes drayage and hazardous materials logistics for multi-billion-dollar networks. Bringing a unique blend of corporate business strategy, operational precision, and rigorous systems-based discipline to the cosmetic dentistry sector.

Following an early-career licensure challenge in Mississippi that concluded in 2017, Dr. Arrington chose a path of absolute transparency and regulatory mastery. Rather than letting past administrative hurdles define his trajectory, he channeled his military discipline into mastering both the clinical and regulatory dimensions of modern dental practice. Today, as a dually licensed Dentist backed by thousands of successful surgeries, Dr. Arrington couples clinical excellence with rigorous administrative precision and a steadfast commitment to evidence-based care.

Personal Philosophy

A single dad and a Christ centered man, Dr. Arrington is driven by a simple but uncompromising standard: "Work hard, and when you are done, work even harder." This relentless pursuit of excellence is the foundation of the "Arrington Standard"—a belief that "A's are Awesome, B's are Bad, and C's Can not happen!" Whether in the classroom, the military, or the operatory, he is committed to redefining the patient experience through transparent communication and a refusal to settle for anything less than clinical mastery.

Outside of surgery, he fuels his drive through weightlifting, yoga, and chess. An avid reader of non-fiction, he is equally dedicated to mastering financial literacy. As a Dave Ramsey Coordinator, he has led numerous Financial Peace University classes, reflecting his passion for helping others achieve financial freedom and build lasting wealth.
